Owner supervision

Owner supervision is the Client's representative who protects the Client's interests during construction and construction preparation.

According to the law, owner supervision is involved:

1. if a building permit is required for construction;

2. if a construction project must be submitted together with the construction notice in the cases specified in Annex 1 to the Building Code (https://www.riigiteataja.ee/aktilisa/1301/0202/0006/Lisa_1_31102020.pdf#)

3. if a construction project is required upon application for a permit for use;

4. if a construction project must be submitted together with the notice of use in the cases specified in Annex 2 to the Building Code (https://www.riigiteataja.ee/aktilisa/1301/0202/0006/Lisa_2_31102020.pdf#);

5. during a significant reconstruction of the building.

The owner supervision inspects the construction after the project, in accordance with the norms, standards and agreements agreed between the Client and the Builder (performance of the Construction Contract).

Inspection of the materials and solutions used, occupational safety inspection, volume inspection and quality control are the tasks of owner supervision.

Resolving the contradictions between the parts of the project and solving the problems during the construction in a complex and complete way, from the issuance of the Building Permit until the end of the warranty period.
